At PeakForm Wellness Group LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness, fitness, and coaching services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through https://www.peakformwellnessgroup.com/, including but not limited to:

• Coaching programs

• Personal training services

• Nutrition or wellness plans

• Consultations

• Classes, sessions, or packages

• Digital products or downloadable materials

are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Missed Appointments & Non-Attendance

• Failure to attend a scheduled session, class, or appointment does not qualify for a refund.

• Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds or partial credits.

Any rescheduling or cancellation policies (if offered) will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and are handled at the sole discretion of PeakForm Wellness Group.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or digital products delivered.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to services and potential collection efforts.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if required by applicable law. Any such exception will be determined solely by PeakForm Wellness Group LLC.
